Instruction for Participants:
Please collect the number tags from the Registration Counter @ HOA at least 90 mins before the start of your first event.
Collection of bibs will be available on Fri 5 Jun from 3:30 to 6:30 pm at the Photo Finish Control Room.

Track events reporting time: Athletes must report to the Call Room 30 MINS before the start of each event.

Field events reporting time: Athletes must report to the Call Room 45 MINS before the start of each event.

Do note the shoes requirements as this championship is sanctioned by Singapore Athletics.
Instruction for Relay
1. Team is to submit their registration form with the registration fees of $25.00 by Day 2 before 12 noonm to the registration counter. Late entries will not be accepted.
The team category will be based on the youngest member of the team from the same gender (Masters Category).
3. Member of the team must be registered for the championships with a number tag.
4. The confirmed namelist of runners must be submitted to the Call Room during reporting.
5. All team members shall report to the Call Room Judges 30 MINS before the Start of event.
Please note the event schedule.
Late comer will not be entertained.
If lightning alert is activated, the event in the particular schedule will be cancelled after 45 mins.
